Sampling & Product Development

Our sampling process focuses on accuracy and attention to detail. From pattern making and prototype development to fit checks and refinements, we ensure every sample reflects the client’s expectations before moving into bulk production.

Manufacturing Excellence

With a fully integrated manufacturing facility housing nearly 300 sewing machines, we produce 40,000–50,000 pieces per month, with the flexibility to scale as required. Our skilled workforce and structured production flow ensure efficiency, consistency, and timely execution.

Quality at every stage

Quality is monitored throughout the production cycle. From fabric inspection and inline checks to final quality control, every garment is evaluated to meet international standards. This multi-level QC process ensures durability, fit, and finish without compromise.
